The Story Of tag&twine

tag&twine was founded in 2017 by me, Amy Grubb. I like to think that I am a lot like many other Canadian women. There is just not enough time in the day to get everything (or on some days anything) done on my to do list. I don't have time to search all over the internet for the perfect birthday gift for my sister, or a housewarming present for my friend. And I won't even mention driving to the mall to drum up inspiration...

That is why I created tag&twine. I want to help busy people find truly special, unique gifts made by Canadian artists. 

With tag&twine, I have done the searching for you. All of the products featured on the site have been hand selected and are made by Canadian artists who are passionate about what they do. On the site, you will find quality, special (and often customizable) pieces that you can give to others or keep for yourself (I won’t tell)! Say goodbye to the days of showing up to a party with a boring bottle of wine. At tag&twine, you can quickly and easily find the perfect gift in a fraction of the time it would take if you went searching for something similar at a retail store or online. In fact, chances are you wouldn’t find the items we feature at any retail store.
